    2-story brick messuage or tenement and lot or piece of ground therEto belonging situation on the northside of Pine Street between the third and fourth streets from delaware in the said city, containing in breadth on the said Pine street, 25 feet and in length or depth 80 feet.  bounded westward by thomas wright and margaret his wife by intenture bearing date the 14th day of july 1791....    ....said george simpson in fee subject to the yearly rent or sum of twenty spanish coined fine silver pieces of eight each weighing seventeen pennyweights and six grains payable to edward bonsall his hiers....
