    Description

    A colonial era manuscript document from New York clearly dated Sept 13, 1786, for supplies for the sloop "Julia", owned by Capt. Latham, billed to Peter Schermerhorn.  Approximately 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" in size, very dark  ink.  Supplies include turpentine, rope, brimstone, and white lead.  All money amounts in Pounds Sterling.
