Frosty Jade Vaseline Uranium Degenhart Glass Toothpick Holder Footed Marked
This glass is slag, although it's not immediately obvious since the colors used are so close in hue. The uranium glow is fainter on this piece than on some other pieces, and I assume that is because only some of the glass used in the slag was vaseline, while some was not.
This holder is marked on the inside bottom with the Degenhart D inscribed inside a heart shape. (Later pieces made by the molds Boyd bought from the Degenhart estate do not have this mark.)
It measures about 2-1/2" tall, 2-1/4" across the top, and has 3 decorative feet. The trim around the rim of the holder is floral.
This glass object will be double boxed and well-cushioned for shipping.
