    Description

    Up for sale is this Schacht-Reeves Spinning Wheel Whorl.  I purchased a lot of Spinning wheel and Loom items and this whorl was in it. When looking at the Schacht web site I believe this is a Fast or Medium whorl. This is what I would call a 2 speed Pulley.  The OD of the smaller pulley is 2" and the larger pulley is 2-3/8" .  This whorl has a brass threaded insert on one side that has a odd thread. I thought it was a 1/4-20 thread but a bolt I had would not thread into it. I believe the wood used to turn this whorl is Oak. Condition is perfect.  I believe this was used with a Classic Saxony Wheel spinning wheel. Look at Photos and ask questions if needed
